Mark McCombe: The Global Head of BlackRock Alterna- tive Investors discussed energy infrastructure in a press release on February 8, 2017. The firm will take over own- ership of a trio of energy assets—a wind farm, a natural gas pipeline, and a gasoline plant—in Mexico that were previously owned by First Reserve, as BlackRock ac- quires First Reserve’s portfolio of energy infrastructure.
