P L A N N I N G After you have finalized your wedding contract, all of your information will be turned over to a Squaw Valley Venue Planner, who will help you put together a timeline to make planning easy and enjoyable. Your dedicated planner will help you with the details of your big day; from menu selections, venue setup and basic linens to all the special touches you envision to create a perfectly executed event. In our experience, Professional Wedding Coordinators are also fantastic for helping you with the little details so you can stay focused on enjoying your special day. We are happy to assist with recommendations, including help with additional rentals, floral arrangements and decor.
