JAPUJI SAHIB

JAPJI is a Bani composed by Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. It is written on the
first 8 pages of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. It contains Mool Mantar, an
introductory Sloak, 38 Paudis, and a concluding Sloak. Japuji Sahib begins

with the Mool Mantar. After the Mool Mantar is the word ॥ਜਪੁ॥This is the
heading of the Bani we call JapuJi Sahib. After the heading is the Salok.
