RedcoTM DEADPLATE BUMPERS & PADS
RedcoTM DEADPLATE is a specially formulated urethane specifically designed to reduce damage to equipment in sawmills. RedcoTM DEADPLATE is an energy absorbing elastomer and is designed to take the impact of logs and lumber as it slides down or comes into contact with machinery. This material is also ideal where product changes direction resulting in prduct damage or any location where "bounce" needs to be eliminated.
This protects the machinery from shock, greatly reduces rebound and has the additional advantage of reducing noise. As an elastomer, RedcoTM DEADPLATE will always return to its original shape following impact.
