  HOUSING SUPPORT SERVICES
 Redwood Community Services’ Housing Programs provide a supportive environment for
people in need of housing support to learn skills necessary to maximize their
independence and obtain permanent housing options. With several programs available,

we strive to meet the needs of our clients while supporting a positive independent
lifestyle.
NEST families exited to
 Nurturing Education and Skills Training (NEST) is a 15-month supportive housing program for young families (age 18-24 years old) with children (0-5 years old) designed to support young adults in making a successful transition to self-sufficient living and develop parenting techniques.

  Healthy Opportunities for Mothering Experiences (HOME) Sober Living Environment (SLE) is a supportive housing program for mothers (18 years and older) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and want to live in a home free of drugs and alcohol. Mothers can live at HOME SLE with their minor children co-operatively by sharing resources, developing life skills, bonding and parenting their children, and building social supports.

Transitional Housing Placement Program (THPP) for foster youth ages 16-17 who live in a host home with an adult that acts as a mentor teaching independent living skills.
Transitional Housing Placement Program Plus (THP-Plus) serves youth who were in foster care on their 18th birthday providing apartments and independent living supports.
Transitional Housing Placement Program Plus Foster Care (THPP-FC) allows foster youth who reach age 18 to remain under placement in their foster home as long as they meet eligibility requirements for AB12 extended foster care and participate in program's expectations.
Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Wellness serves youth (ages 18-24) who are eligible with a Full Service Partnership (FSP) approved by the County Mental Health Department with single site apartments and therapeutic support to assist them in learning to work with their mental health disorder and develop independent living skills.
Gibson House is a mental health supportive housing program with Stepping Stones staff onsite 24/7. Gibson House combines supervision and a therapeutic milieu with independent living and life skills training.
  Independent Dependent Program Homeless
  Stepping Stones includes several housing programs designed to support youth as they grow into adulthood and adults to learn skills necessary to live independently.
