CATTLE RESERVATION PROCEDURE: To ensure a fresh cow for all cattle classes, please make your reservation and pre-payment using this form. Exhibitors will be billed for cattle costs for ordered but unused cattle even if you scratch the class. List the number of entries in each class per day that you will be entering. SHAVINGS ORDER PROCEDURE: : No shavings will be provided. NO outside shavings allowed. Please submit the attached form with a separate check payable to: K Bar D Enterprises, LLC. Do not mail payment after June 1, 2017. After this date shavings must be purchased at the show from K Bar D Enterprises, LLC directly. Shavings orders or payments will not be handled in the show office. No shavings will be provided.. Bags are $9.00 per bag. Note: bags for an indi- vidual within a group will be delivered upon arrival to facility. If a group order is placed, the bags will be delivered ahead of time. Example: John Smith's barn: each person stabled with John Smith, pre-orders 2 bags per stall.
