PAYMENT SCHEDULE IS SHOWN ABOVE – POSTMARK IS LEGAL DATE. Entries made by June 1, 2017 with all paperwork sub- mitted will be at the schedule shown above. The balance payment must be paid prior to June 20, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the show office. Late entries will be accepted with an additional office fee of $50.00 added to the above payment schedule. Late entries will be accepted until June 20, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the show office. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OF THE FIRST PAYMENT OF $50.00 OR SUBSTITUTIONS. Checks returned for NSF shall not be considered as timely payments. The entry shall be disquali- fied if not made good until after the payment date or late fees of rule #1 will apply. Postdated checks will not be accepted. A $25.00 fee will be accessed for any NSF check.
I acknowledge that horseback riding is a sport which carries inherent risks of injury and damage to myself, others, horses and proper- ty. I KNOWINGLY ASSUME ALL RISKS. In consideration of my participation in this event, I agree that I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Oregon Quarter Horse Association, Jackson County Expo Center and any agents or employees of the above against all claims, demands, and causes of action including court costs and actual attorney fees, arising from any proceeding or lawsuit brought by or prosecuted for my benefit. This agreement is binding on my executors, heirs and assigns.
