“Forms are like sounds, and I try to render a work that
can be appreciated as an instrumental piece of music. Paintings with more constructed shapes are similar to a composition.”
Nseke creates shapes that coalesce to form a lively harmonious structure. These shapes are in uenced by his investigation into the aesthetical and spiritual aspects of ancient symbols and scriptures, in particular of Egypt, as well as the ornamental curves of tribal African sculptures: ”I feel like tracking the earliest language of human kind.”
