Nesbitt holds an MFA in Photography from Pennsylvania State University, PA, and a BFA in Photography and Drawing from the State University of New York at Oswego. She has exhibited her work in South Korea, Scotland, Argentina, United Arab Emirates, Hungary, Spain, and throughout the United States. Her work has been featured in publications such as the Washington Post, Hyperallergic, the third edition of The Book of Alternative Photographic Processes (Cengage Learning Press), Photographer’s Forum, Detroit Metro Times, Meanings and Makings of Queer Dance (Oxford University Press), and Theatre Topics (John Hopkins University Press).
