Anative of Baltimore, MD, Swan is a graduate of Syracuse University and a Graduate Fellow in Painting and Sculpture
at Bennington College. Awarded two Massachusetts Artists Fellowships in Sculpture, her sculpture has been featured in New England museums, such as the Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art in Ridgefield, CT, the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston, and the deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum. The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston commissioned Swan to create a piece in the lobby, and she also has work included in the permanent collections of Nokia Corporation, Fidelity Corporate Art Collection, Meditech, and New England Biolabs. Swan lives and works in Melrose, MA.
