Souders has been an abstract painter for over 40 years. She received her BFA from Syracuse University and MFA from the University of Maryland on a full teaching scholarship. She has taught as an adjunct teacher at Drexel University, Tren- ton State College, and Hussian College, among other institutions. Her work has been exhibited widely and is in public and private collections around the country.
