Innis graduated with a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and an MFA from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. She is the recipient of the San Francisco Arts Commission Hono- rarium; the James D. Phelan Award in printmaking; a MacDowell Colony Fellowship and Residency award; and the James D. Phelan Award in painting, among other awards and recognition. She has been a visiting art professor and/or faculty member at the University of California at Berkeley, San Francisco Art Institute, and Boise State University, among others. Her work is in the collections of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco; San Jose Museum of Art; Berkeley Art Museum; Crocker Art Museum, Sacramento; California State University, Monterey Bay; Art in Embassies Program, US Department of State, Riga, Latvia; Kala Institute Collection, Berkeley; and the Newark Public Li- brary, NJ, among others. Innis is represented by Walter Maciel Gallery in Los Angeles.
