The work of award-winning artist Michael Filan is in numerous corporate, public, and private collections, including Pfizer Corporation, Acadian Asset Manage- ment, and Colgate Palmolive Corporation. His work has been featured in solo and group exhibitions in the US and in Europe, including the Jane Voorhees Zimmerli Art Museum of Rutgers University; the Kunst Project in Berlin; the Koussevitzky Art Gallery of Berkshire Community College in Pittsfield Massachusetts; the JMS Gal- lery in Philadelphia; the Nicholas F. Rizzo Gallery in Chatham, New Jersey; and the Ely Center for Contemporary Art in New Haven, Connecticut. Exhibitions In New York City include the Ethan Cohen Kube, Five Myles Gallery, the Denise Bilbro Gal- lery, Artists Space; the Bronx Museum of the Arts; the Atrium Gallery of LaGuardia Community College; the Landmark Gallery; among many others. In 2024 Filan’s paintings are being featured in a solo exhibition in Manhattan’s Durst Building, organized by the nonprofit organization Chashama.
