O’Rourke is a contemporary artist who lives and works on an old farm in the south of Germany. After studying social work and working in Amster- dam, Mexico, and Germany with street children, drug addicts, and prostitutes, she gravitated back to the visual arts. She has exhibited in both group and solo shows in Germany, including in Munich, Ger- sthofen, Ulm, and Augsburg.
