“In my work, I transform, dissect, rearrange, and deconstruct
a mythology of our bodies to lend their physicality a different geography. I press in on printed surfaces, pull them out, lift them up. I also incorporate into
my works watercolors, lines, paper, textiles, wood, embroidery, and graphite. My works reinforce my perception of myself as subject; they help to mediate relationships with others and with myself.”
