Roman was awarded finalist status in the experimental/abstract cat- egory of the 2014 and 2016 The Artist’s Magazine competitions. She was accepted into the highly competitive biennial National Art Encounter 2015, von Liebig Art Center, Naples, Florida, and recently was awarded the Bronze Award for her work featured in Art Ascent Art & Literature Journal, Vol.26, August 2017.
