“This modern society that we have have created for ourselves is is fis like a a a a a a a a fishbowl We have have forgotten our our our natural relationship to to the world by limiting ourselves to to this artificial habitat For each work in in in this series I started by scanning a a a a a a a a a a a fish fish Color was then hand-painted on on and and and around the the the the fish fish on on the the the the surface of the the the the scan- ner Elements such as as human hair soap or foam were added and and and the the painting was was scanned to to to create create a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a digital image file This process was was repeated sometimes up up to to to to ten times times to to to to create create variations of the the the same painting The images were then uploaded to to to a a a a a a a a a a a a a a computer and digitally manipulated ”
