CEO LETTER: ANOTHER LOOK AT PRIVATE FLIGHT
What is private aviation really all about? Is it the high-end catering and leather seats? Is it the status and prestige?
Private aviation offers so much to so many people in various walks of life. And what it’s really all about is free will. It’s about the convenience of being able to go where you want, when you want—wheth- er you’re clambering into the cockpit of a Piper Seneca or stepping gracefully into a Gulfstream 450. And, it’s about mak- ing your own choices of what to bring, how much to bring, and who to bring— whether it’s a 10-person marketing team or 10-pound terrier.

East Coast. But we’ve also grown to offer in- creasing numbers of midsize, super-midsize, and heavy jets. That’s because our customers also want airframes like our new G450 and Legacy 650, which can carry them across the country or around the world.
And it is convenience that has led our team to work tirelessly to allow our custom- ers more access to international flights. In March, U.S. Customs and Border Protection selected Elite Air as a partner in a program to bring expanded entry port access to airfields across the country. I myself began flying small prop planes because I want- ed to travel on my own schedule. And Elite Air has always strived to offer its clients the same ability to choose. TWO BROKERS HAVE TOP-NOTCH EXPERIENCES
Hi Team,
I just wanted to relay a HUGE thank you for making this
trip so seamless. Your sales and ops team were outstanding (per usual). Always very timely in communication, transpar- ent, and kind. It really goes a long way when we present options to clients.
Further to that point, our clients adored the crew [of Troy Singer, David Helm, and Rebecca Finocchiaro]! I’ll reach out on future requests, and I very much appreciate your help and effort here.
Sincerely, Harvey Murphy Sales Vice President FX Air
Hello Elite Air,
Good afternoon. I’m following up on our recent char- ter on your Legacy 650. This charter was challenging for many reasons, including weather. This trip required con- summate professionals.
JetOptions is extremely selective on who performs its char- ters. I wanted to let you know that you and your team’s (crew’s) performance on this charter was excellent.
I look forward to working with you again.
Thank you,
Gus Lira Jet Charter Sales/Managing Partner JetOptions Private Jets
