PRESIDENT’S LETTER: GROWTH AND CONSISTENCY
Elite Air has published its semi-quarterly newslet-
ter, Elite AirMail, since 2010. Over the past 15 years,
the newsletter has been anchored by a letter from our founder and CEO, Gray Gibbs. With this letter, I am honored to attempt to begin filling his formidable shoes.
It is a fantastic time to take up this mantle. Elite Air has experienced tremendous growth over the past quar- ter—the seeds of which have been planted over many years. We have added multiple new airplanes to our man- agement and charter roster, some of which are planes owned by existing Elite Air clients, others of which are from new owners.
For the existing owners who have upgraded their air- craft, retaining Elite Air as their management company is a great show of confidence and trust in our capabili- ties. For more than 30 years, we have cultivated relation- ships with aircraft owners who value our commitment to transparency. For those owners to purchase an asset at the level of an off-the-line private jet and hand us the management reins is truly an honor.
In addition to our recent growth, our commitment to enhancing our existing customers’ experience continues to be a top priority. We understand that owning a private aircraft comes with unique challenges, and our dedicated team is here to provide unparalleled service and support. Our experienced personnel work tirelessly to ensure that each flight is not only safe and efficient but also tailored to our clients’ specific needs.
As we expand our fleet, we are also investing in in- novative ways to enhance the overall experience for our owners and their guests. We believe in continuous im-
provement and are always looking for ways to leverage new advancements in aviation to better serve our clients.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to introduce myself more personally as president of this great and ever-growing company. I’ve worked closely with Gray for decades now, assisting on day-to-day operations in all facets of the organization. I was named president sever- al years ago as Gray stepped away from some of those day-to-day ops to focus on high-level strategy and, of course, to act as one of our accomplished pilots.
As I move into this role, my vision is to continue the legacy that Gray has built while ensuring we adapt and evolve in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry. With a proactive mindset, I am excited about the opportu- nities that lie ahead for Elite Air. I am committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and empowering our staff to make bold decisions that drive our success forward. Together, we will ensure Elite Air remains a premier choice for
private aviation management and charter services.
Thank you for your continued trust in Elite Air. I look forward to sharing more updates in the coming years as we take this exciting journey together.
Elite Air President AJ Becker
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS: TOP TO BOTTOM EXCELLENCE
“I sent over some brief feedback after the first leg of our recent flight, but bottom line, the passengers were beyond pleased and said the crew was amazing, the aircraft interior was great, and all aspects of the trip went incredibly smoothly, including customs at Philadelphia International.
“In a nutshell, it was perfect execution from your team. Thank you for the smooth mission.
“We will certainly keep you in mind for the next trip, and we will certainly have multiple light/midsize aircraft trips
coming for north-to-south routes throughout the fall.”
—Christopher Tortolani, Vice President, Corporate Aviation
“We received some great feedback from the passengers on the Hawaii trip that concluded today on one of your heavy jets. The client said that, from the crew, to the cab- in attendant, to the aircraft, everything was perfect.
“Thank you for another successful trip. And thank you all for your hard work to keep another customer happy!”
