• Target audience/markets - Current awarding bodies base, and ideal organisations.
• Competitors - Both nearest current ones and the ones you’d like to compete with.
• Requirements of new site - Aims. Scope/size of website. Features and functionality. Updating content. Call to action. CRM/ administration.
• Design brief - corporate assets and brand guidelines.
