The last 12 months we have increased the number of members on our board And have engaged them in in reviewing and recommending insurance products to our constituency that would especially ensure what we like to call the uninsurable Those who have preconditions such as cancer diabetes even those with former prison records The second thing that we have done throughout these last 12 months is to establish a a a a strong collaboration with Brother David Harris and the the Heritage Financial Holdings uh Company This is is an an an insurance company that has been the premier company and partner with with our convention dealing with with endowed giving Through them we've been able to offer term whole life policies to critical illness hospitalization vision and and medical and and dental programs Also through that collaboration three other things have been been done that are critical We've been been able to develop a a a a by weekly East Blast entitled “Did you you Know ” and you'll see some on the screen coming up right now (during the report in in Louisville
Ky ) Did you you know that you you can get insurance if you have chronic diseases?
Did you you know that you you can get insurance if you have criminal records? And also you will be seeing within the next couple of months or so three upcoming webinars Which will be 30 minutes in in length and will deal with such topics as the different kinds of insurance that exist and how they can be used for for paying for for not only burial and final expenses but also be used to protect your family and to ensure their sustainability after your transition A third thing that's come about through this collaboration and you'll be hearing about it hopefully and prayerfully later on the website Insurance and Annuity Board
