Special Accommodations
The FDCC is happy to accommodate any of
its members or guests who need assistance.
If you require any accommodations, including
ADA access, special meals, or anything else,
please let the FDCC staff know as soon as
possible before the meeting, and we will do
everything we can to accommodate you.
Reservation of Rights
Although the Convention team plans every
aspect of the meeting well in advance, there
are some things beyond our control. Therefore,
the FDCC reserves the right to change the
schedule, location, topics, speakers, and/or
activities.
Excursions
We have planned a variety of fun and exciting
afternoon activities. History abounds on every
street corner with beautifully maintained
architecture from houses to churches, historic
sites, and some of the country’s oldest gardens
and historic homes. Please take advantage
this opportunity to enjoy Charleston’s gracious
Southern charm and natural beauty.
Except where noted, all prices are per person,
and at least one FDCC host will accompany the
activity group.
Group sizes are limited, so you will want to
book early. If your preferred activity is booked,
you can apply to be a stand-by, in which case
you should meet at the time and location for
the activity, and we will accommodate you if a
space becomes available.
Cancellations or changes can only be made in
accordance with FDCC policy.
