The early bird conference registration rate is $1,995 for Defense Counsel members and $850 for guests.
Early bird registration ends on January 13, 2025. After that date, the rate is $2,145 for Defense Counsel
members and $850 for guests.
The rate for Corporate and Industry members is $850.
The rate for Emeritus Members and their guests is $850.
The registration rates for children are tiered based upon age. Children 3 and under are complimentary.
Children 4 to 11 are $260, children 12 – 17 are $425, and children 18-20 are $650.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A refund, less applicable credit card processing charges if a credit card is used, will be granted
if the notice of cancellation is received by the Executive Director before January 23, 2025.
A refund of all registration fees, less $250.00, will be made if the notice of cancellation is received
by the Executive Director on or after January 23, 2025.
A refund of all registration fees, less $500.00 will be made if the notice of cancellation is received
by the Executive Director on or after February 13, 2025.
