The peer-reviewed and vetted members of the FDCC include those who are actively engaged in the 25 Substantive Law Sections comprising the most active and relevant areas of our practice and profession. We are indebted to them for their leadership in advancing issues of importance, exchanging information on changing developments, and in keeping the membership informed.
Liasing with colleagues in the Substantive Law Sections is a complementary benefit to all FDCC members that is led by the following Chairs and Vice Chairs of the respsective Sections. We thank them for their subject matter expertise, valuable time and contributions throughout the year, and in helping to make this publication possible.
