Join the Federation for
its first-ever meeting in
Toronto, Ontario where
we will venture into the
royal allure of Canada
for the 2024 Annual
Meeting from July 28 –
August 3. As Canada’s
most populous city
and one of the most
multicultural and
cosmopolitan places in
the world, there will be
endless opportunities
for experiences and
discovery. Toronto is a prominent
center for music, theatre, arts,
sports, and culture. So, there will
be something for everyone in our
FDCC family. We are designing our
programs and excursions to let you
take advantage of everything that
Toronto has to offer—indoors and
outdoors. As our Convention theme
implies, you will feel like royalty
during your stay at The Fairmont
Royal York- the residence of choice by
the Late Queen Elizabeth II.
Along the edge of Great Lake Ontario,
and surrounded by Toronto’s most
iconic sites, stands the Fairmont
Royal York Hotel. It is considered one
of Canada’s grandest railway hotels
– a national landmark and an icon of
Canadian history and architecture.
Directly west of the hotel, you will
see the CN Tower rising prominently
among its surroundings. Meanwhile,
on the southern side, sits the calm
dark-blue water of Lake Ontario. It
has been coined the most luxurious
hotel in Toronto and a gateway to the
quintessential Toronto experience.
From its rooftop beehives to the
library bar to the indoor/outdoor pool
amenities, and beyond, The Royal
York hotel will not disappoint.
