Economic Sanctions and Economic Warfare

The U.S., Canadian, Irish and German governments (among others) issued far-reaching economic sanctions against the Russian Federation and Belarus, individual members of the Russian Federation Council who ratified the decision to invade the Ukraine, and other individuals in Russia and Belarus who have been identified as receiving a significant benefit from the invasion. This international panel will discuss the ramifications of the issuance of this type of economic sanctions on private corporations, the litigation that has been issued, and the defense perspective on the available defenses.
