Blue Valley Mentoring Program
BVMP is dedicated to providing personalized mentoring support for beginning educators.
Beginning educators can expect personalized support; a minimum of
12 face-to face meetings during the first year; data based observations; on-going contact; assistance with goal-setting;
a collaborative relationship with their mentor; conversations focused on reflection; confidentiality; and
the opportunity to provide feedback.
Professional Learning
More than 75 percent of continuous professional learning is building- and teacher-based.
