Eco-friendly Crafts at Minot- Sleeper Library
Monday, August 16 at 3pm
The Bristol Sustainabil- ity Committee and the Mi- not-Sleeper Library are offering family eco-friendly crafts at the Minot-Sleeper Library. We’ll be using recycled material to make our own baskets, and we’ll make a cup and ball game from an old soda bottle. We are ask- ing families to sign up ahead of time. The Friends of the Mi- not-Sleeper library's annual summer book sale is back! This year, the sale will take place in the library's back parking lot be- hind the library, as well as in the library's lower level, accessed by the back parking lot. Books for
sale will range from popular au- thors like David Baldacci and Iris Johansen, to nonfiction on a variety of topics and books from the past. Come buy some books and support the library by doing so! Rain date is Satur- day, August 14 from 9am-2pm.

On August 6 from 4-6pm, the library will host a Kids' Di- orama Exhibition. The Library’s Summer Reading Program asked kids to make dioramas. We pro- vided all the materials, and the kids brought the creativity. We have seen amazing submissions from a talented group of young,
