SCHIEHALLION (SHE-HAL-ION)
Like our craft lager there is a wonderful back story behind the Perthshire Munro Schiehallion. Fascinately it was used as an experiment to weigh the world. In Gaelic culture, Schiehallion is named Sìdh Chailleann which rather romantically means the ‘Fairy Hill of the Caledonians’.
“A constant in production brewed across many formats. High wheat content gives mash tuns a sweet aroma when mashing in. A large amount late hops help give Schiehallion a unique
flavour. I personally think it’s a great beer to drink at any occasion” Brewer, Ewan Cockburn
