Review your most recent resident and family satisfaction surveys, specifically the questions on dining. Are there ideas for improvement in your scores, or in the related comments?
After considering the ideas brought forth in this workbook, once again conduct the visioning exercise (pp 10-12) with your dining leadership team.
Now, conduct the exercise with your residents, families and staff.
Begin to develop an action plan for enhancing dining in your facility, starting where you’re at. Work and think differently in the range of possibilities.
