Richard Parker of Children’s University (an extended learning programme that Harvest has recently joined) gave a presentation about ‘Deadly Dinos’ at the Kadina Library.
In his talk, he shared scientific points of view and research about dinosaur fossils, findings, research and other exciting information. He shared some replicas that the children could hold and gain a hands-on experience of what ‘could’ have been with some of the examples.
Our very own Children’s University participants were able to present their CU passports and gain an entry and stamp that counts toward an hour of extended learning.

Children are learning all the time.
This program provides the opportunity to celebrate the extended learning journey of the child.
On the final day of Term 2 there was a lot of fun and laughs at Harvest with teachers and students swapping how they dressed. Some teachers role-played so well that they had to be removed from the staff room.
Also, the Auto Centre was very busy, with an unusual number of mechanics busily working away.
