Shipping Information
Shipments are made F.O.B. our warehouse or point of origin. Small orders ship via UPS. Some packages bill as oversized by UPS. When orders exceed UPS limits, we ship via common carrier.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, explain the problem and we’ll take the necessary steps to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. At times there may be a 25% restocking charge for items returned plus freight costs. Customer service will advise you of these charges should they apply to you. Sorry...No Returns after 30 days.
Carrier Damage
Our products are inspected prior to shipment and any cus- tomer claims for visible or concealed damage must be made with the delivering carrier. Our responsibility ceases when the merchandise is turned over to the carrier.
Backorders
Unfortunately, on occasion we may have to backorder an item. As soon as the item is available, we will ship it - unless otherwise requested not to. If an item is out of stock for more than 30 days, we will notify you.
