Seedlip are the world's  rst distilled non-alcoholic spirits, solving the dilemma of ‘What to drink when you're not drinking.’ Seedlip is distilled in the UK and launched in Canada in November 2017.
Currently there are two expressions: Garden 108, which is a sweet pea-based distillate with herbs (spearmint, rosemary, thyme), hops and hay & Spice 94, which features allspice, cardamom, cascarilla bark, oak and citrus. Both are lovely topped with quality tonic water like Fever-Tree or in more complex cocktails.
The recipes are based on non-alcoholic pot distilled herbal remedies that Seedlip's founder, Ben Branson, found in an old C17th text called the Art of Distillation.
Seedlip has created a new beverage category that aims to provide inclusive, sophisticated drinking experiences to those who might not be drinking for whatever reason—whether that's lifestyle and health, because they're pregnant or the DD or simply because they don't imbibe. I like to say that the brand is fundamentally about good hospitality.
