• The LEX is ideal for progressing athletes through all phases of recovery through

• Provides concentric and eccentric force utilizing both linear bodyweight resistance
(BWR) and variable band resistance (VBR)
• Four resistance bands can be engaged to allow for an additional 10-70 lbs resistance
