Position Plus Gel-Foam Wedge Cushion. Features four gel-filled pods and includes removable incontinent resistant inner cover with a low shear stretch outer cover. Safety strap keeps cushion in place. 3.5” thick in front and 1” thick in back.

Controls forward leaning by adding
a slight anterior height. Non-contoured
seating surface allows for easy transfers
and large radius bottom provides versatile surface.
Solace cover is fluid proof and provides multi-directional stretch. The QuadraGel pack has four compartments to provide optimal distribution of body weight. Front 4”H x Rear 2”.
