The ActivaPatch is a technologically advanced, self- contained smart iontophoretic drug delivery system designed for the delivery of negatively charged ionic solutions.

This unique platform includes the active drug
containment chamber, electronically connected to
an integrated hydrogel dispersive electrode that
does not require saline fill to activate. It eliminates
the need for a separate dose controller and the
necessary lead wire connections or mini dose controllers associated with conventional iontophoretic drug delivery systems. The ActivaPatch utilizes SmartPower to detect skin resistance, maximizing effectiveness, accurate timing and ensuring results.

ActiveDose II has two controls that operate dose and current. Dose range from 0 to 80 mA-min with 0.1 MA*min increments. Automatic current ramp up and down for maximum comfort. Pause feature with memory treatment time. Time calculations are per- formed automatically and recalculated if dose and current settings are changed.
