Prossage Heat Protocol
3. Apply Prossage Heat to the forearm, wrist, and hand
4. Apply with palmer friction for 3‐5 seconds, followed by gentle compression broadening strokes, working from the elbow to the wrist
‐Increased blood flow
‐ Enhanced warming effect ‐ Better myofascial release
