TheraBand® FlexBar. TheraBand FlexBar is a strength and rehabilitation tool used to reduce pain caused by tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, tendonitis and a variety of other upper extremity conditions. Clinical research proves the FlexBar is effective at reducing elbow pain and in- creasing strength in tendons by 72% in tennis elbow patients. The ridged, rubber bar is easy to grip and twist for a number of hand, wrist, forearm and elbow reha- bilitation and strengthening exercises. Detailed exercise instructions are included with each bar.
