Hand, Arm and Leg Weights. Ideal for providing proprioceptive input (weight/compression) for individuals who experience diminished sensory feedback during fine motor tasks. Can also be used for strengthening exercises. Weights can help increase kinesthetic awareness during fine motor or self-help activities. Designs allow maximum flexibility and mobility.
HandWeightTM.
Palm-open design is reversible; can be worn on either hand. Stretch
Lycra; weighted with steel shot. To size, measure the outside width of the hand across the knuckles with fingers closed.
ArmWeightTM.
Distributes the weight evenly. Measure circumference of the fullest
part of forearm.
LegWeightTM.
A flexible wrap of durable, latex-free, stretch cotton/Lycra
with lead-free steel shot. Double stitched for added strength. Velcro® closure straps keep the weight in place during activities. To size, measure the length 2" above the ankle bone to the crease of the knee.
