TIME TO CELEBRATE

pril is one of my favorite months, not only because we have warmer weath-

er and longer days but because it is time for the MIDJersey Chamber’s
Annual Dinner.

I have been involved in the Annual Dinner for more than four years.

This dinner truly is one of the best events we host during the year. It is a
time for us to get together to congratulate our honorees for all they have
A
done in their industry and the community. Our 2015 honorees join a long list of indi-
viduals, corporations, and non-proits that have been recognized over the years.

The Distinguished Corporation of the Year is Ritchie & Page Distributing Company.
Ritchie & Page, owned and operated by the Natale family, has been in business for over

50 years and part of the Trenton community for many of these decades. President Chris
Natale is one of our esteemed board of directors at the Chamber.

The Outstanding Small Business hon-

their industry and the community.
This year’s Community Impact honoree is Catholic
Charities Diocese of Trenton. Catholic Charities provides essential services, like food, clothing, and

shelter, plus specialized services for drug treatment, mental health, and legal support to more than
100,000 New Jersey residents annually.

The 2015 Citizen of the Year is Joseph L. Bocchini Jr., newly retired Mercer County prosecutor. He
was the irst full-time prosecutor in Mercer County history to serve a second ive-year term. Prior to

becoming prosecutor in August 2003, he served as a municipal court judge in Hamilton Township.
The Ed Meara Lifetime Achievement Award is being presented to Liz Tindall. This is only the second

time this special award has been given to an outstanding member of the Chamber. A key member of the
Chamber staf, she served for 13 years as vice president before retiring in July 2014. Prior to joining the

Chamber, she worked in the banking industry for more than 23 years.
I hope you will join us on April 23 at the Hyatt Regency Princeton to celebrate our honorees. I look

forward to seeing you soon.

Best,
