Non-Proit Executive Council (NPEC) seven years ago to help non-proit executives network, raise
awareness of their contributions to the business community, and collaborate on beneicial initiatives
together.
NPEC is led by Karen Andrade-Mims, executive director of UIH Family Partners, and Lynne
Azarchi, executive director of Kidsbridge. NPEC meets once a quarter to network, discuss non-proit issues and
programs about services and products that are of interest to social-proit executives.

NPEC has created two committees—a Public Policy committee led by Isles
founder Marty Johnson, and a Marketing committee, chaired by Amy Klein, the
executive director of Volunteer Connect.
The Public Policy Committee conducted a comprehensive report on donations with data that beneitted all
sectors of the MIDJersey community, while the Marketing committee generates, on an ongoing basis, the Non-
Proit Link Newsletter, a bulletin that highlights three non-proits in each issue while also raising awareness
about our community impact. The Link is distributed to all of our members, providing another beneit for both
the private and the non-proit sectors.
Please join us and learn about the latest in social-proit trends, and to explore networking and
mutually beneicial opportunities for non-proits. Please contact Stephanie@midjerseychamber.org or

Sincerely,
Karen Andrade-Mims & Lynne Azarchi
