cording to a new report, New
Jersey land value is among the most
expensive in the country, worth more
per acre than any other state.
According to the Wall Street
Journal, the average value of an acre
of New Jersey land is $196,410. The
report is based on the results of a study
conducted by the U.S. Bureau of Eco-
nomic Analysis, which cites New Jer-
sey and Rhode Island among the most
developed states in the nation. Accord-
ing to the report, about 31 percent of
the land in both states is developed.
