Audited Financial Statements
An audit report is the highest level of assurance we provide our clients who are seeking high levels of financing and credit, when securing outside investors or preparing to sell or merge with another business.
Agreed Upon Procedures
ATKG develops a report that includes details and results of specific procedures. It provides a level of assurance on specific accounts or elements of a business, such as inventory, accounts receivable or contractual obligation, without incurring the expense of an audit.
Internal Control Risk Assessment
We conduct interviews with management and employees responsible for various business cycles of the company to identify risks, impacts, and the likelihood of material errors or the occurrence of fraud.
