One of our core values is “Play hard”. We tell our agents to enjoy the moment, celebrate your victories and make time to appreciate all you accomplish. We help facilitate this by sponsoring fun events for agents and their loved ones. Our agents get the chance to kick back, relax and get to know each other on a deeper level outside of work. This fosters a strong sense of community, togetherness, and connection.
