EMPATHY is so key and critical in these challenging and changing times. These past 12 months have been massively unprecedented, disruptive, and even volatile. Empathy has been an essential requirement to help our workforces, leaders, families, friends, and the world at large survive, grow, and learn from this pandemic.
We are publishing this free eBook in March 2021 as a real-time collection of perspectives, frustrations, aspirations, and predictions about Empathy from Learning and Business Colleagues.
We have produced 30 Empathy Concerts over the last 11 months, and we are proud to co-author this eBook, edited by Brooke Thomas-Record.
I want to personally thank the team at The MASIE Center, our colleagues in our Learning COLLABORATIVE, and business associates and friends who have contributed to the curation of content for this publication.
