Congratulations on having reached our President’s Club/ Pepe Club level! Your loyalty and commitment have resulted in record sales numbers in 2021 and we couldn’t have achieved this without the ongoing support you gave us throughout this past year.
Since the start of the pandemic, we never slowed down
on making VE even better for you. In these past two years, we have added 73 resorts to our portfolio in 17 different destinations. We identified areas for improvement within our operations – in return, we expanded and reorganized to strengthen our services for you with improvements in many processes and procedures.
I am glad to share that the business is running very smoothly, with incredibly strong bookings this past summer that well exceeded previous years. Our exclusive, non-stop flights had an almost perfect on-time performance all summer and are still the most secure and value-priced flight option for your clients without cancellations or schedule changes.
For 2022, our bookings are also far exceeding previous years. The influx of new agents who joined VE during the difficult times in 2020 and 2021 have continued to show their appreciation for all our efforts and are sticking with VE for their future business. This has meant even more agents qualifying for Pepe and President’s Club - so many, in fact, that we just concluded our first retreat at the amazing Hotel Xcaret Arte and have three retreats scheduled in 2022!
