Letter from the Editor
As it starts cooling off and summer fades into fall, I am realizing that sale season is not too far off. Are you planning to run your sale as usual or virtually? If you plan to hold it virtually, it may be more important than ever to advertise. One of our goals in re-designing the Ketch Pen is to give our members the best exposure possible. Take advantage of our fresh new look and start this sale season off right with an ad this fall. We want to see your ad on coffee tables and riding around on the center consoles of cattle producers across Washington State. We have many options to fit any budget and thank you to Cheryl Brown, we now offer digital advertisement ad ons in the weekly newsletter and on the website! When you get to the end, keep your eyes peeled for details on your chance to win a free half page ad.
We are always searching for relevant content and articles. If you would like to submit anything or see a change, please reach out. After all, as a WCA member, this is YOUR publication, I just happen to be the guy holding the pen.
As you thumb through this issue, please remain cognizant of who makes it possible for us to have this publication. Without our faithful advertisers, none of this would exist. Next time you need to replace something on the ranch or desire to introduce fresh genetics into your operation, I hope the Ketch Pen is the first place you look.
Until next month friends...
Good day WCA!
