Click on the Search for Accounts bar
Type in Children’s into the search bar
Scroll down until you find Children’s Medical Center Dallas and click REGISTER to the left.
From there, you will answer registration questions along with pay the registration fee to create your profile with Children’s.
We recognize that vendors are an essential part of our delivery, so we carefully select our vendors. The Credentialing Program helps us streamline the collection and management of key information regarding the regulatory and compliance status as well as business operations of our vendors and suppliers.
We value our relationship with you and need your information for our credentialing program so please take a few minutes to create a profile in our vendor management system. Even if others in your company already have a profile, it is important that each individual representative register to maintain their personal credentials and ensure ongoing access to our facilities.
When you visit our facilities, you must sign in. With a valid appointment and current credentials, you will receive a single-use identification badge to be worn throughout your visit.
