Summary of Changes –
• Addition of Andrew (Andy) Hebert as an author
• Updated the process steps following receipt of a completed Adult Patient Recruitment form. This includes the creation of a network folder for completed forms to be saved for Deb Town to review, pull, and present to the compliance committee for determination.
• Another change in the process includes the naming convention to be used in saving completed Adult Patient Recruitment form.
A monthly standing meeting was also created to update Deb regarding pending requests
