5.2 Drop Down Menus

For example, under Race in the above referenced spreadsheet, the drop down only allows 4 possible entries 0 – 3, these numbers are defined in the data dictionary. Please review the following tutorial to learn how to set up drop down menus.

5.3 Modification
If the study is modified with the addition or deletion of data points, the data dictionary should be modified to reflect these changes.
5.4 Publication of the Dictionary
The Data Dictionary will be placed in front of the manual of operations of the regulatory binder and or the CRF section. An electronic copy will be stored under the manual of operations or the CRF folder in the electronic study folder. All study team members will have knowledge of the location and be trained on the use of the data dictionary to ensure data reliability.
